I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH #23466) in the state of Florida, eager to offer you professional, compassionate support as you navigate the pain that has prompted your search for a counselor. That step itself indicates that change is underway, and I would be glad to help you envision hope, pursue restoration, and bear whatever darkness weighs down on you in the process.

There are times when the darkness feels smothering. You may not be able to see any way out, and yet be just as certain that you can’t stay where you are.
Or maybe the darkness is not surrounding you, but buried deep inside you. There’s one part of your heart that you are determined not to look at. You’re pretty skilled at avoiding it, but doing so drains away your energy for the rest of life.
Sometimes it’s in those dark places particularly that the seeds of new life take root. Their roots may grow down, deep under the surface before any evidence of growth is visible. I believe that when we turn and face the darkness - with careful help - we are most likely to find freedom.
Your struggle is not the end of the story - it means that there’s still hope.

I work at All Things Christian Counseling, located in the Winter Park area. We believe that spirituality is an essential component of what it means to be human. Our faith forms the foundation for our belief that change is possible, while we implement a variety of clinical, psychological, and research-based tools to facilitate that change according to each client’s goals and needs.

I have found deep healing through counseling, and I’m eager to walk with you towards joy, strength, and freedom, which I believe we find through paths of sorrow.
I entered the field of counseling after years of work in the non-profit sector and urban ministry. So I bring with me a desire for not only individual growth, but community-wide restoration as well.
